Well, how can I review if you don’t ship it. Ordered on 8-22. Still haven’t received it. Originally told 9-1. FedEx says on the way. FedEx hadn’t picked up package a week after you said it was shipped. Jeez…
John, you're right to be frustrated, and I apologize. There was a gap between when we marked your order shipped and when FedEx actually picked up the package — that's on us. We should never have sent a shipping notification before the carrier had it in hand. We well talk to the manufacturer about fixing their process. I'm glad it's on its way, and I hope it arrives quickly and performs exactly as expected. This is second one we purchased, pretty disappointing honestly it was bunched up and night tight in the zipper round corners - it's like ripples in the screen and looks like a grade school student made it. It functions ok but buy sure could use some improvements on sewing the screens and using a more heavy duty type zipper given these will get used at least 1x every day if not 2-3 times per day for RV'ing. Wish the sewing of zipper process was much more tight without the ripple effect.
Kurt, thank you for being a repeat customer — that means a lot. I'm sorry the second screen didn't meet the standard of the first. The rippling at the zipper corners is a sewing quality issue that shouldn't have made it out the door, and I'm taking it up directly with the manufacturer. It did what I needed it to do, but these are my thoughts...
It's too expensive ($94 shipped) for what it is- a replacement screen with a zipper in it. It takes a fair amount of adjustment to get it "OCD proof" and if you like taut screens, this may disappoint you. However, it does do the job that it claims to do, so until something better comes along, it is the best game in town.
I have no idea why RV manufacturers make their doors like they do. Thank you Easy Peasy for giving us a great option to make RV life easier. Easy to install by yourself (better with two people).
